Text: Revelation 12 We Already Have Victory
Synopsis: In Revelation 12, the church is reminded that Satan is a real enemy actively waging war against God’s people, yet believers already stand in victory through Jesus Christ. The chapter highlights three failed attempts by Satan to oppose God’s plan. Satan could not stop the birth of Jesus, proving that God’s providence cannot be overcome. Through Christ’s death and resurrection, Satan has lost his place as the accuser because believers are now covered by the blood of the Lamb and defended by Jesus Himself. Although Satan continues to attack God’s people in desperation, Christians have been equipped for battle through faith, obedience, God’s Word, and the testimony of Jesus. Those who are a part of the Kingdom of God should not live in fear or defeat, but stand with confidence in the victory Christ has already secured and boldly share His truth with the world.
