SMALL GROUPS

Nice to meet you!

A note from the Small Groups Director

If I have not had the pleasure to meet you in person, my name is Allen Hudson. I have the privilege to serve here at Park South Loop as the Worship and Small Groups Director. It has been amazing to see how God is using the church body to bring  people in deep fellowship with one another and with Christ.

"Let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near."
(Heb. 1024-25)
What distinguishes Christian community from any other community is the practice of speaking the truths of the God’s word and His Gospel in love to one another. Small groups are communities where we are transformed more into the image of Christ.  Groups are designed to equip you to encounter God through the study of the Bible and prayer; to exhibit Christlikeness by encouraging one another and applying God's Word to your life; and to be empowered for mission, engaging in spiritual conversations, sharing and reflecting Christ in your workplace, neighborhood, homes, and other communities you serve and engage in.

My prayer is that you join in community and grow deeper in your faith.

What to expect

Our small groups are designed to equip people to know God by studying the Bible, praying, and growing together in community. We strive to make disciples as we share and reflect Christ in our workplaces, homes, and neighborhoods, and as we serve our church and our city.

You can expect that the small group will be focused on three main areas.
1. Our relationship with God.  (Romans 12:1)
2. Our Relationship with one another.  (Ephesians 4:15-16)
3. Our Relationship with the world. (Matthew 28:19)

It'll be a great time of learning and fellowship for all the women of our church!

The study will be provided to each registrant and you'll have the **option**  to provide a $15 donation upon registration to help cover event costs. To get this optional donation waived, enter the code SUMMER25. The books will be distributed in service on Sun., 6/8 & Sun., 6/15 to those who pre-register and others will receive their copy on the first night.
